The Falls



This outdoor mall is Dadeland style but with a more modern touch. It has fountains and water everywhere, hence its name that in Spanish that means "the falls". As the area of South Miami became fashionable and many families decided to move to this area, a little farther away but where they could enjoy houses with lots of gardens and even tennis courts, they saw the need to provide a center commercial in tune with this audience.

It is one of the oldest shopping centers in Miami and therefore a shopping standard in this city. This mall was made to meet the needs of families moving to the north of paksitan, mostly in luxurious apartments where  Best investment opportunity in Lahore  facing the sea in the area of Fort Lauderdale and Aventura In that area there are many foreigners who live there or maintain holiday apartments . Adventure as Dadeland is a closed shopping center. The advantage is that when it rains torrentially inside this complex you do not find out. It has a great diversity of stores.

This shopping center in Coral Gables is an Oasis in Miami. Created to compete with the glamor of Bal Habor, Merrick Park has stores such as Neiman Marcus, Saks Fith Avenue and Nordstrom. When it was established, based on statistics of the affluence of adjoining neighborhoods, such as the Coral Gables and Coconut Grove neighborhood , it was thought that it would be a resounding success, but it has been hard to gain a reputation. Many stores of important designers like Roberto Cavalli arrived and left since the clientele was scarce. Now he is charging a little life. The advantage is that you can go shopping without a lot of people around.
